△ PHOSPHORPSK — PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated: July 2026

DATA COLLECTION

PhosphorPSK does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The app does not require an account, registration, or sign-in of any kind.

MICROPHONE ACCESS

PhosphorPSK uses your device's microphone to capture audio for real-time PSK31 signal decoding. All audio processing occurs entirely on-device in real time. Audio is not recorded, stored, or transmitted. No audio data ever leaves your device. The app does not function without microphone permission, but no data is collected regardless of whether permission is granted.

NETWORK REQUESTS

PhosphorPSK makes no network requests of any kind. The app does not connect to the internet. There are no servers, no APIs, no telemetry endpoints. It is entirely offline.

LOCAL DATA STORAGE

PhosphorPSK stores decoded text sessions and user preferences (theme, font size, decode parameters) locally on your device using standard iOS mechanisms. This data never leaves your device and contains no personal information beyond the decoded radio signals you chose to receive.

ANALYTICS AND TRACKING

PhosphorPSK does not include any analytics frameworks, crash reporters, advertising SDKs, or third-party tracking of any kind.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

PhosphorPSK uses no third-party services, SDKs, or frameworks. The app is built entirely with Apple's native frameworks (AVFoundation, Accelerate, SwiftUI).

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

PhosphorPSK does not collect data from anyone, including children.
