Data Collection
Zodiac Wheel does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The app does not require an account, registration, or sign-in of any kind.
Network Requests
Zodiac Wheel makes one kind of network request, and only when you ask for it. If you type the name of a birth place, the app hands that text to Apple’s own geocoding service to turn it into coordinates. Nothing else about you accompanies it.
You can avoid even that by entering latitude and longitude by hand, which is always available behind one button. Every other figure in the app — every planetary position, every aspect, every retrograde, every house cusp and every chart — is computed on your device from bundled data. Once a chart is saved it needs no network at all.
Location
If you allow it, Zodiac Wheel can read your location on the device to fill in a birth place for you. That is its only use. The coordinates are rounded before they are stored, they are never transmitted anywhere, and you can decline the permission and type a place or a coordinate instead. The app works normally either way.
Local Data Storage
Your saved charts and your preference settings are stored locally on your device using standard iOS mechanisms. They are not backed by any server and they are not shared with anyone. The app’s home-screen widget computes its own answer from the clock and needs no access to them.
Sharing and Export
Sharing a chart renders an image on your device and hands it to the standard iOS share sheet. Where it goes from there is entirely your choice. Zodiac Wheel does not upload it anywhere.
Analytics and Tracking
Zodiac Wheel does not include any analytics frameworks, crash reporters, advertising SDKs, or third-party tracking of any kind. We do not know who you are, where you are, or how you use the app. That is by design.
Third-Party Services
Apart from Apple’s geocoding service described above, Zodiac Wheel does not communicate with any third-party services. There are no embedded web views, no social media integrations, no advertising networks, and no data brokers.
Children’s Privacy
Zodiac Wheel does not collect data from anyone, including children.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a revised date. Given that the app collects no data, changes are unlikely.
